Coloured lacquered interior doors made up of wood, monoblock model, with headings and iron fittingsfor hanging and locking. Exterior arcades in the terrace and the balconies made up of pine beams and tie beams treated by autoclave, polished and decorated with studs, according to the plans and costings, a plywood board and a top finish with mixed tile. PLUMBING INSTALLATION Installation for cold and hot water with copper pipes. Mixed boiler both for sanitary hot water and heating. Heating installation with fitted copper pipes and insulated floors with radiator. PVC plumbing installation, with connections under the insulated floors. White china toilet, Dama de Roca or similar, and chromium-plated mixer taps.
GAS INSTALLATION Inside the houses, gas installation is made up of copper pipes, the diameters and layout according to the plans and costings, in accordance with the supplier's rules.
GAS TANK Gas supply for the houses is made from a tank buried inside each block. This tank will have a capacity of 10.000 1 and will be 1.85 m in diameter and 5.80 m long, according to plan N° D.2. Specifications. Safety distances will be those appearing on the M.D. Dated on 28/01/86 for the installation and storage of petroleum liquified gases.
